TICKETS

We open doors at 8.15pm The concert starts at 8:45pm and the screening at 10pm. You can enter the venue at any time until 10pm, but we recommend arriving in time to enjoy the previous concert.

Tickets are sold in advance on this website in the TICKETS section.

During the Sala Montjuïc sessions, tickets can be purchased at the same box office on days when there is a session from 8:30 p.m., as long as advance tickets have not been sold out.

Tickets have two prices depending on whether they include a lounger or not. Entry without a deckchair costs €8 and entry with a deckchair costs €11. Here you need to add €0.50 for ticketing management costs. If you have the CARNET JOVE of Catalonia (Catalonia Youth Card) you have a €1 discount in any of the two modes.

No, you cannot change seats during the screening. Each area is unique, and you will be given a bracelet corresponding to your area as follows:

– ZONE 1: orange (by the screen, no loungers)
– ZONE 2: green, with loungers
– ZONE 3: blue, with loungers
– ZONE 4: yellow, with loungers

We kindly ask you to remain in the area you chose when you bought your ticket.

We are very sorry, but we cannot refund or exchange tickets for any reason. If you cannot use your ticket yourself, you can always give it to someone else.

No, it is not allowed to enter the area with chairs or lounge chairs. Zone 1 is for sitting on the grass. We recommend that you bring your mat, towel or blanket to sit on the ground more comfortably.

The ticket price includes the live music before the film showing. There is a single ticket, so you cannot buy tickets for just the concert or the film.

The visit to Montjuïc Castle is a complementary activity you can buy when you get your ticket. There is an additional cost of €3. Tickets for the Castle visit alone are not available.

You can choose the visit in Catalan or in English on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and in Spanish only on Fridays.

Yes, they pay entry from the age of two. We remind you that the films are in their original version with subtitles and that the age recommendation is indicated in each session.

Click here for the best route to get to Sala Montjuïc.

The public bus no. 150 takes passengers up to the venue from stops in Plaça Espanya and the corner of Avinguda Paral·lel with Carrer Lleida. More info about times and stops here

For the return journey, a special limited bus service after the film ends will take passengers back down to Plaça Espanya.

Yes, there is an access ramp to the space and an adapted entrance. If you send us an email to info@salamontjuic.org we will inform you about the best way of getting here and getting in.

No, pets are prohibited. Even though the site is in the open air, it is best for all pets to stay at home.

Non-folding electric scooters:

If you come with a non-folding electric scooter, you will have to tie it to the railing at the entrance, after passing the access control. If you do not have a padlock, we will ask you to stand at one end of the area, lean the scooter against the wall and be responsible for it. Our service teams will always give you the necessary instructions.

Bicycles:

For bicycles:

  • Non-folding bicycles: You can park them in the indicated areas before entering the premises or tie them to the entrance railing, after passing the access control.
  • Folding Bikes: If your folding bike cannot be tied to the rail, we will ask you to stand at one end of the area, lean the bike against the wall and be responsible for it. Our support teams will always provide you with the necessary instructions.

In addition, there are parking lots close to the venue that many of our visitors already use to leave their bikes.

Follow the directions of our staff to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

WEATHER

If, due to rain, the show is suspended before opening or until 9:30 p.m., the ticket price will be refunded to attendees. In case of cancellation after 21:30 there will be no refund of the ticket.

It is difficult to predict rain in summer, and experience has taught us to wait until the last minute before cancelling a session. We know that this can risk inconveniencing spectators, but open-air shows entail this degree of uncertainty, which we are forced to accept. The organisers will announce the cancellation of sessions via the social media.

Sometimes it is necessary to cancel the concert for safety reasons, but not the film. In this case no refunds – partial or full – are given on tickets.

Food&Drink

Yes, there is a bar and restaurant service at Sala Montjuïc. The food is locally-sourced, ecological, and absolutely delicious! The choice includes pizza, plant-protein-free burgers, chicken-free nuggets, chips and hummus nachos.

Yes, of course! The same as every year, you are welcome to bring your own picnic.

At Sala Montjuïc, we work to become an increasingly sustainable and planet-friendly space.

For this reason, we have containers for recycling within the premises:

  • Packaging: To recycle all the recyclable packaging you use
  • Glass: For bottles or other glass containers you carry
  • Refuse: For leftovers from your picnic.

Thank you for your participation and commitment to sustainability.

Diversity

Yes, there is an access ramp to the space and an adapted entrance. If you send us an email to info@salamontjuic.org we will inform you about the best way of getting here and getting in.

At Sala Montjuïc, we are committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.   Some of the measures we have implemented to achieve this goal include:

Anticipation Guide with Visual Support: We have available to attendees a visual guide with photographs and pictograms that describe what they can expect during the event. You can download it here.

Relaxed area: We have a separate area as a relaxed zone, where people can temporarily withdraw from the screening area if they need a quiet moment. This space is designed to provide a calmer and more relaxed environment for those who need it. You will find information about where this area is located in the visual guide.

This year, the Catalan Federation of Autism and Sala Montjuïc have worked together to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for attendees with autism and other neurodivergences. We are committed to making leisure accessible to everyone, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the activities that inspire them and make them feel good.

If you represent a collective or are part of any third sector entities interested in attending Sala Montjuïc, you can reserve your tickets through the Apropa Cultura platform, which facilitates access to culture for people in situation of vulnerability
