TICKETS
What time do the doors open? Can I go in any time I want?
Doors open at 20:15. The concert starts at 20:45 and the screening at 22:00. You will be able to access the venue at any time until 22:00, but we recommend arriving early to enjoy the concert beforehand.
When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold in advance on this same website in the TICKETS section.
During Sala Montjuïc sessions, tickets will also be available at the box office/venue on event days from 20:30, as long as advance tickets have not sold out.
Can I use the Youth Cultural Pass at Sala Montjuïc?
Yes! If you are over 18 and have the Youth Cultural Pass, you can use it to purchase tickets for our outdoor cinema sessions.
1. Choose the films or packages you want from our website.
2. When paying, select the payment method corresponding to the Youth Cultural Pass (it’s a prepaid Mastercard).
3. Complete the transaction as you would with any other card.
1. Escull les pel·lícules o packs que vulguis des de la nostra web.

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets have two prices depending on whether they include a deckchair or not. A ticket without a deckchair costs €9.00 and a ticket with a deckchair costs €12.00. A €0.50 booking fee must be added. If you have a CARNET JOVE, you get a €1 discount on either option.
If a session is sold out, are tickets still sold at the box office?
No, sorry! Sold out means sold out.
What if I get the date wrong or it turns out can't come?
We are very sorry, but we cannot refund or exchange tickets for any reason. If you cannot use your ticket yourself, you can always give it to someone else.
If I have a Zone Grass ticket, can I bring a chair from home?
No, bringing chairs or deckchairs from home is not allowed. The Grass Area is for sitting on the grass. We recommend bringing a mat, towel or blanket to sit more comfortably.
Can I buy a ticket for just the live music or the film?
The ticket price includes the live music before the film showing. There is a single ticket, so you cannot buy tickets for just the concert or the film.
Do children pay?
Yes, children from the age of six must have a ticket. Please note that films are screened in original version with subtitles and the recommended age is indicated for each session.
I bought a ticket on a resale website and it doesn't work. What can I do?
At Sala Montjuïc we can only guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through our official channels. We are not responsible for the resale of tickets on unofficial platforms like TicketSwap or others. To avoid problems, we always recommend buying tickets directly through our official website.

WEATHER
What happens if it rains?
If, due to rain, the show is suspended before opening or until 9:30 p.m., the ticket price will be refunded to attendees. In case of cancellation after 21:30 there will be no refund of the ticket.
When are sessions cancelled due to the possibility of rain?
It is difficult to predict rain in summer, and experience has taught us to wait until the last minute before cancelling a session. We know that this can risk inconveniencing spectators, but open-air shows entail this degree of uncertainty, which we are forced to accept. The organisers will announce the cancellation of sessions via the social media.
What if the live music is cancelled but not the film?
Sometimes it is necessary to cancel the concert for safety reasons, but not the film. In this case no refunds – partial or full – are given on tickets.
Is it cold at night?
Summer nights can be cool, especially in open spaces like Sala Montjuïc. To enjoy the session in total comfort, we recommend bringing a jacket or blanket.
Food&Drink
Is there a bar and restaurant service at the venue?
Yes, Sala Montjuïc offers a bar and food service. The food is ecological, locally sourced and delicious. It includes pizzas, plant-based burgers, chicken-free nuggets, chips and hummus with nachos.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, of course! The same as every year, you are welcome to bring your own picnic.
Where can I recycle?
At Sala Montjuïc, we work to become an increasingly sustainable and planet-friendly space.
For this reason, we have containers for recycling within the premises:
- Packaging: To recycle all the recyclable packaging you use
- Glass: For bottles or other glass containers you carry
- Refuse: For leftovers from your picnic.
Thank you for your participation and commitment to sustainability.
