TICKETS
What time do the doors open? Can I go in any time I want?
We open doors at 8.15pm The concert starts at 8:45pm and the screening at 10pm. You can enter the venue at any time until 10pm, but we recommend arriving in time to enjoy the previous concert.
When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold in advance on this website in the TICKETS section.
During the Sala Montjuïc sessions, tickets can be purchased at the same box office on days when there is a session from 8:30 p.m., as long as advance tickets have not been sold out.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets have two prices depending on whether they include a lounger or not. Entry without a deckchair costs €8 and entry with a deckchair costs €11. Here you need to add €0.50 for ticketing management costs. If you have the CARNET JOVE of Catalonia (Catalonia Youth Card) you have a €1 discount in any of the two modes.
How do the areas work? Can I sit in a different area?
No, you cannot change seats during the screening. Each area is unique, and you will be given a bracelet corresponding to your area as follows:
– ZONE 1: orange (by the screen, no loungers)
– ZONE 2: green, with loungers
– ZONE 3: blue, with loungers
– ZONE 4: yellow, with loungers
We kindly ask you to remain in the area you chose when you bought your ticket.
If a session is sold out, are tickets still sold at the box office?
No, sorry! Sold out means sold out.
What if I get the date wrong or it turns out can't come?
We are very sorry, but we cannot refund or exchange tickets for any reason. If you cannot use your ticket yourself, you can always give it to someone else.
If I have a Zone 1 ticket, can I bring a chair from home?
No, it is not allowed to enter the area with chairs or lounge chairs. Zone 1 is for sitting on the grass. We recommend that you bring your mat, towel or blanket to sit on the ground more comfortably.
Can I buy a ticket for just the live music or the film?
The ticket price includes the live music before the film showing. There is a single ticket, so you cannot buy tickets for just the concert or the film.
Where can I buy tickets for the visit to the castle?
The visit to Montjuïc Castle is a complementary activity you can buy when you get your ticket. There is an additional cost of €3. Tickets for the Castle visit alone are not available.
You can choose the visit in Catalan or in English on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and in Spanish only on Fridays.
Do children pay?

WEATHER
What happens if it rains?
If, due to rain, the show is suspended before opening or until 9:30 p.m., the ticket price will be refunded to attendees. In case of cancellation after 21:30 there will be no refund of the ticket.
When are sessions cancelled due to the possibility of rain?
It is difficult to predict rain in summer, and experience has taught us to wait until the last minute before cancelling a session. We know that this can risk inconveniencing spectators, but open-air shows entail this degree of uncertainty, which we are forced to accept. The organisers will announce the cancellation of sessions via the social media.
What if the live music is cancelled but not the film?
Sometimes it is necessary to cancel the concert for safety reasons, but not the film. In this case no refunds – partial or full – are given on tickets.

What measures do you have at Sala Montjuïc to create a welcoming and safe environment for people with ASD and other neurodivergences?
At Sala Montjuïc, we are committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. Some of the measures we have implemented to achieve this goal include:
Anticipation Guide with Visual Support: We have available to attendees a visual guide with photographs and pictograms that describe what they can expect during the event. You can download it here.
Relaxed area: We have a separate area as a relaxed zone, where people can temporarily withdraw from the screening area if they need a quiet moment. This space is designed to provide a calmer and more relaxed environment for those who need it. You will find information about where this area is located in the visual guide.
This year, the Catalan Federation of Autism and Sala Montjuïc have worked together to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for attendees with autism and other neurodivergences.
